I love tuna. I like to put it in my pasta or make a salad with it but I don’t really eat it on my bread. Until I saw a tuna melt on the menu of a little cafe. It was delicious and it is very easy to do at home!
Ingredients for 1 tuna melt
1 slice of brown bread
1/2 tin tuna in oil
3 big slices of cheese
Heat up your oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Put the desired amount of tuna (I used a half tin because I like to have a lot of tuna) on your slice of bread and cover it up with three slices of cheese. Put the bread in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes or until your cheese is completly melted. Enjoy.
Ps. I put a little bit too much cheese on it the first time, it was dripping all over the oven. So make sure the slices of cheese are a little bit smaller than your bread.
