Spinach soup

Spinach soup, I have to admit that I was a bit doubtful about this recipe when I found it in Jamie Oliver’s magazine. But I had some spinach leftovers, so I decided to give this recipe a chance. And I have to admit: it was delicious! Spinach soup is very green and a bit hard to photograph in a delicious looking way but today I will share the recipe with you guys.

Spinaziesoep Jamie Oliver

Ingrediënt spinach soup/h2>
For 4 persons
2 tbsp butter
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp flower
800gr spinach
500ml broth
500ml milk

Heat the butter, cut the onion and bake it for a few minutes with the garlic. Add the flower and heat it. Add the spinach, salt and pepper and stir until the spinach shrinks. Serve the soup with a bit of cream and nutmeg. Eet smakelijk! Source recipe: Jamie Magazine.

How do you make this spinachsoup lactosefree?: I replaced the milk with lactosefree milk (I used milk from Albert Heijn, you can also use a dairyfree milk) and left out the cream. If you want to use cream use a dairyfree or lactosefree cream.

    IK maakte laatst een enorme pan courgettesoep. Groen is inderdaad lastig te fotograferen hihi. Spinaziesoep lijkt me ook wel lekker eigenlijk!
