Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. It gets your body started and helps you to have enough energy (and stay on weight). As I already told you before (when I showed you guys a breakfast favorite of mine for when I have more time) I’m very bad at eating breakfast. If I don’t have the time to wake up slowly and get ready it makes me very very nauseous. But if I run out of the door without eating breakfast I don’t feel very well. Luckily, I can eat yoghurt in the morning but just yoghurt isn’t enough. Here’s my everyday breakfast.
Every morning (except on Saturday and Sunday) I eat a bowl of Soy Vanilla Yoghurt with museli and broken line seed. The muesli I put in it has some extra fibers and line seed contains good fats and is very good for your bowel movement. When I am a little bit more hungry I like to add some almonds and fruit such as blueberries, bananas, strawberries or raspberries.
I used to eat this with Greek yoghurt and honey or biological vanilla yoghurt instead of the soy version but I found out two weeks ago that I probably have lactose intollerance so I can’t eat that anymore. But the Soy yoghurt in vanilla is actually really good, I haven’t tried other version yet (at my local store they have “normal” yoghurt, with strawberries, peaches etc.) but this one is definitely a keeper.
