One of my favorite things for lunch at the moment, when I have the time, is to bake some eggs and put them on a rice cake. Some veggies with it and you are done. But most of the times the eggs are way to big for the rice cake and it get’s very messy, because I like the egg yolk to still be liquid. A while back I bought a little pan at the Action (for just 1 or 2 euros). But I didn’t use it at all. Stupid, because I recently discovered it was the perfect size for my rice cakes. So now this bargain is used regularly: to bake eggs that are the perfect size for my rice cakes. Combined with some veggies (my favorite’s for lunch are some lettuce with warm mushrooms and cherry tomatoes).
